Receptionist - Bellville Office

The Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; and maintains the telecommunications system. The Receptionist is also responsible for various typing duties, including correspondence from different departments. This position is responsible for directing incoming outage calls and other various duties as assigned and available. 

High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of one clerical year experience, typing of 50 WPM, 10 key to touch, knowledge of PC and related programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Entry level pay is $15.00/hour, pay commensurate with experience.
