The 2023 Member Surveys will begin on Thursday, July 13th and will last approximately a month. SBEC conducts these surveys to help better serve you, our members, throughout the year. This year’s survey will be conducted by Cooperative Insights; a support program offered by Touchstone Energy Cooperative.
Emailed surveys will be from Bellomy research and will include a link to the survey. Both the email invitation and the survey are branded with our SBEC logo. The email invitation also includes our Member Service Manager, John Spiess’, name and title as liaison of the cooperative in case you have any questions or concerns. The “from” email will be labeled “Cooperative Difference Survey” and will originate from the email address: surveys@cooperativesurvey.com. The subject line will read, "San Bernard Electric Wants to know What You Think".
This year, some telephone surveys may go out during this time. Residential member telephone interviews will be conducted primarily during weeknights from 5:00pm to 8:30pm local time. Weekend calling will be limited to Saturday only. No calls on Sundays or holidays are permitted in this study. The number that the call appears to be coming from will be a local area code to the respondent. However, if there is no local phone number available in that area code, the system will default to the number 336-276-2984.
We encourage members to participate in the study as their feedback is critical to helping the cooperative improve service to all members.
