SBEC Member Surveys will begin on Monday, July 26, 2021 and last approximately 2 weeks. SBEC conducts these surveys to help better serve our membership throughout the year. This year's survey will be done conducted by Cooperative Response Center. Emailed Surveys will be from San Bernard Electric via CRC. All phone surveys will be from area code 844 and Caller ID will read, Cooperative Response Center or CDC.

• Survey calls will be coming from area code 844 and the Caller ID will read, Cooperative Response Center (CRC) 
• Survey should last around 2 weeks
• Emailed Surveys will be from San Bernard Electric Cooperative via CRC
• Survey's will be in English and Spanish
