In effort to protect our members privacy on their accounts even further, SBEC will be updated our Pay-By-Phone (IVR) number in June. 

The new phone number is the number seen by members that receive text messages from SBEC.  The number is 855-941-3519.

The phone number is currently active and will become the only number to pay-by-phone beginning JUNE 5 . Our  IVR system will be unavailable for a little while that day.
