South Texas Electric Cooperative (STEC), will be clearing right of way (ROW) this week and is estimated to last 3 to 5 weeks. They will begin in Colorado County and move through our service territory ending in Waller County area. 

STEC is our wholesale electric provider and owns and oversees the maintenance of transmission lines and substations.

STEC vehicles will be marked with STEC logo.
